All cleaners are police-checked, hold a Working with Children Check and an NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, and we carry $20 million public liability insurance. Full service guarantee in our Terms & Conditions.
Weekend & public holiday rates: a $15/hr surcharge applies to Saturday bookings. Public holiday bookings are charged at double the listed rate.
We're closed Sundays — however, bookings are still available online.

Do I get the same cleaner every visit?
Yes. We assign you a regular cleaner from your first visit. Consistency matters — your cleaner learns your home, your priorities and your preferences over time. If your regular cleaner is unavailable, we'll let you know in advance.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
No. Most of our regular clients provide key safe access or a spare key. We're in and out efficiently and will message you when we're done. You come home to a clean house without arranging your day around it.
What if I need to skip or reschedule?
Just message us. We ask for 48 hours notice where possible but understand things come up. There are no cancellation fees for regular clients — we just reschedule to suit you.
Can I add laundry to my regular clean?
Yes — and this is one of our most popular combinations. Add laundry pickup and wash, dry and fold to any clean booking. We collect your laundry, wash it to the right standard for each item — thermal treatment for towels and linen, fabric-care washing for everyday clothes — and return it fresh. One booking, everything done.
How long does a regular clean take?
A standard 2-bedroom apartment takes around 2–3 hours. Larger homes take longer. We'll give you a time estimate when you book based on your property size.
What suburbs do you cover?
We cover Fitzroy, Collingwood, Northcote, Brunswick, Richmond, Carlton, Abbotsford, Clifton Hill, Thornbury and Preston. Not sure if your suburb is covered — get in touch and we'll confirm.
