Blinds can only be lightly dusted, not deep cleaned. Walls can only be spot wiped, not fully washed.
Heavy lifting (10kg+), external windows, deep stain removal, mould or biohazard cleaning, pest control, and cleaning inside washing machines, dryers or dishwashers. Standard vacuuming of carpets is included — book carpet steam cleaning separately as an add-on.

What's the difference between a deep clean and a regular clean?
A regular clean maintains a home that's already reasonably tidy. A deep clean covers the buildup that accumulates over months — skirting boards, window tracks, behind and under appliances, cupboard interiors — a full detail-level reset.
How much does it cost?
A deep clean starts from $380 for a minimum of 6 hours, then $55/hour after that. Larger homes or those needing extras like oven or fridge cleaning may take longer — we'll confirm the estimate when you book.
Is this the same as a move-in clean?
Yes — a deep clean is exactly what most clients book when moving into a new home. If you're moving out and need an end of lease clean instead, see our end of lease cleaning page.
Do I need to book this regularly?
No — it's entirely one-off with no lock-in. Many clients book a deep clean once, then switch to regular fortnightly cleaning afterwards to maintain the standard, but that's completely optional.
Can I add oven or carpet cleaning?
Yes — oven cleaning, fridge interior, inside windows and carpet steam cleaning can all be added as extras when you book.
