What's included in an end of lease clean?
Everything your property manager will inspect — kitchen including oven and rangehood, all bathrooms, all rooms dusted and vacuumed, floors mopped, windows and tracks cleaned, skirting boards, light fittings and more. See our full checklist above.
Do you offer a bond-back guarantee?
Bond return is your property manager's call, not ours — so we won't promise an outcome we don't control. What we do guarantee: if they flag a cleaning issue within 72 hours, we come back and fix it, free. We also send a photo report after every clean as evidence of condition.
How long does an end of lease clean take?
A standard 2-bedroom apartment typically takes 4–6 hours. Larger properties or those requiring extra services like carpet steam cleaning or fridge cleaning take longer. We'll give you a time estimate when you book.
Do I need to be at the property?
No. Most of our end of lease clients have already moved out. We just need access arranged — a key safe code or meeting us at the property briefly to hand over keys. We send photos when complete.
Do you do carpet steam cleaning?
Yes, on request. Add carpet steam cleaning when you book and we'll include it in your quote. Most Melbourne leases require carpets to be professionally steam cleaned at end of lease.
