Everyday household support, without making it complicated

Under Support at Home, domestic assistance sits within everyday living services. Government-funded Support at Home services are coordinated through a registered provider, so we do not pretend that a private cleaner can simply invoice My Aged Care directly. Silv's can provide services privately, or work under an arrangement where a registered provider approves and engages us to deliver the service.

Household Cleaning

Our first service is regular domestic cleaning designed to make everyday living easier.

  • Bathrooms, toilets and kitchens
  • Vacuuming, mopping and dusting
  • Bedrooms and general living areas
  • Weekly or fortnightly schedules by agreement
  • Clear service records for the client or provider

Laundry Support

Laundry can be added where it is privately requested or included in the approved provider service arrangement.

  • Wash, dry and fold
  • Essential ironing by agreement
  • Linen and everyday clothing care
  • Pickup and return can be discussed
  • Separate service description for transparent billing

If funded, the registered provider must approve the service arrangement and how Silv's is engaged and paid.

We deliver the agreed cleaning first, then any approved laundry support, with clear records and invoices.

Important: My Aged Care is the access pathway, while Support at Home services are delivered through registered providers. Silv's does not claim to be the participant's registered Support at Home provider unless and until that status is separately confirmed.

Aged care cleaning questions

Can my Support at Home provider use Silv's?

Potentially. Ask your registered provider or care partner whether they can approve Silv's as a service supplier or subcontractor under your service arrangement. The provider controls the funded-service pathway.

Can I book privately instead?

Yes. Private cleaning and laundry services can be booked directly with us, subject to availability and our normal service terms.

Is laundry included automatically?

No. For funded services, the registered provider needs to confirm the approved service scope. For private clients, laundry can simply be added by agreement.

Do you provide personal care or nursing?

No. Silv's focuses on household cleaning and laundry. We do not market clinical, nursing or personal-care services.
