When to Book a Deep Clean Instead
Some jobs need more time than a once-off clean allows.

- Moving in or out
- Heavy build-up after a long gap
- Not included: oven and fridge interiors, walls, external windows, heavy lifting (10kg+), mould or biohazard cleaning, deep stain removal or pet mess. Book a deep clean for those.

How many hours do I need?
A 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment usually needs around 2 hours. Larger homes take longer. If you're unsure, the site inspection sorts it out.
Can I turn a once-off clean into a regular booking?
Yes. Regular weekly or fortnightly cleans are $110 for 2 hours, with the same cleaner each visit and no lock-in contract.
Do I need to be home?
No. Leave key access instructions and we message you when we're finished.
