- Not included: heavy lifting (10kg+), external windows, deep stain removal, mould or biohazard cleaning, pest control, and inside washing machines, dryers or dishwashers.

What's included in a regular house clean?
Kitchen benches, sink, splashback and cooktop; bathrooms and toilets cleaned and disinfected; dusting; floors vacuumed and mopped; bins emptied. Oven, fridge interiors, walls and external windows aren't included.
What's the difference between a regular clean and a deep clean?
A deep clean adds oven, rangehood and cupboard interiors, walls, skirting boards, window tracks and detailed tiles and grout. It starts from $385 for 6 hours.
What does your guarantee cover?
Our published checklist. If a checklist item wasn't completed to standard, tell us within 48 hours with photos and we send someone back to re-clean it free.
Do you bring cleaning products?
Yes, products are included in every clean.
