No payment is taken to submit a booking request. We confirm the exact price with you first, and payment is arranged directly before the clean — no card details required just to enquire.
Our guarantee covers our published checklist: if a checklist item wasn't completed to standard, let us know within 48 hours with photos of the issue and we'll send someone back to re-clean it at no charge. Still not right? We'll refund that item of the service in full.
Every cleaner is police-checked, holds a Working With Children Check, and is NDIS Worker Screening cleared. We also carry $20 million in public liability insurance.
Saturday bookings are available with a $15/hr surcharge. We're closed Sundays, though bookings can still be submitted online for the following week.
