When do I actually get my $20?
Once your friend's booking qualifies — a door-to-door laundry pickup of 10kg or more, or a clean of 2 hours or more — and we've marked the job complete, a real $20 gift card is issued to you automatically. No need to chase us for it.
Is there a limit on how many friends I can refer?
You can refer as many friends as you like, but your credit is capped at 6 rewards per phone number. Referral #7 onward won't trigger another $20 credit for you — your friend still gets their $20 off regardless.
What if my friend's booking doesn't meet the 10kg / 2hr minimum?
Your friend keeps their $20 off either way — that's applied at booking. Your $20 credit is the only part that depends on the qualifying threshold, since it's only issued once we know a real job was delivered.
Does the referral credit or Fresh Club discount expire?
No — both stay on your account until you use them. There's no deadline to redeem.
What counts as my "3rd pickup" for Fresh Club?
Any three wash & fold laundry pickups booked under the same name and address, one-off or recurring. We track it automatically — you don't need to sign up separately or remember a count.
Can I use a referral credit and Fresh Club discount on the same booking?
Referral credit stacks with Fresh Club. The only thing it doesn't stack with is the cleaning + laundry bundle discount on that same booking — we'll automatically apply whichever combination saves you the most.
