Can I use you for just cleaning, or just linen?
Yes — plenty of clients start with one service and add the other later. There's no requirement to bundle both, though most businesses find it simpler once they see the combined invoice.
Do you supply the towels/linen, or launder ours?
Both options are available. We can launder stock you already own, or supply and rotate a fresh towel pool ourselves — tell us which you'd prefer when you request a quote and we'll price accordingly.
Is there a minimum contract length?
No 12-month lock-in required to get started. We'll agree a schedule that suits your volume and review it as your business changes — no forced long-term commitment just to access commercial pricing.
How is pricing worked out?
It depends on premises size, towel/linen volume and how often you need each service — there's no one-size-fits-all rate for commercial work. Tell us your business type and rough volume and we'll send a tailored quote, usually within 24 hours.
What does "thermally cleaned" actually mean?
All linen and towels are washed at 65°C or above for a sustained period — with an industrial sanitation treatment plus a backup process that kills 99% of pathogens including bacteria and viruses, certified to AS/NZS 4146. It's the same process we use for NDIS and aged-care clients, applied to your business's towels.
