About Silv's

Silv's Laundry & Cleaning is a Northcote-based laundry pickup and house cleaning service, proudly serving Melbourne's inner north.

We started Silv's because we believe laundry and cleaning should be simple, reliable and genuinely cared for — not rushed, and not left to chance. Whether it's a regular weekly clean, an Airbnb changeover between guests, an end-of-lease clean, or ongoing support for someone receiving NDIS, DVA, aged care, WorkCover or TAC funded assistance, we treat every booking with the same attention to detail.

Towels, sheets, bathmats and other linen are thermally processed at 65°C or above, in line with AS/NZS 4146. Everyday clothing is washed to careful fabric-care guidelines instead, so colour and fabric aren't damaged chasing a temperature they don't need.

We work with NDIS participants, Support at Home and aged care clients, DVA clients, WorkCover and TAC claimants, and private households across Northcote, Thornbury, Preston, Reservoir, Coburg, Brunswick, Fairfield, Alphington, Ivanhoe, Fitzroy, Collingwood, Abbotsford, Clifton Hill, Carlton, Richmond, Kew, Hawthorn, South Yarra and St Kilda.

Our guarantee: if a task on our published checklist wasn't completed to standard, let us know within 48 hours with photos of the issue and we'll send someone back to re-clean it at no charge. Still not right? We'll refund that item of the service in full.
